+What's included in each package?
Each package includes design, build, testing and launch. The scope and features scale with the tier. Titanium covers up to 5 pages, Platinum includes a CMS and integrations, and Diamond is fully custom with e-commerce capabilities.
+What are hosting/domain fees?
Hosting and domain fees are separate and paid directly to the provider. I can advise and help set them up. Typical hosting starts around £5–15/month, and domains are usually £10–20/year.
+How long does a website take?
Most sites are delivered in 2–4 weeks depending on the package and how quickly you provide content and feedback. Titanium packages are typically 2 weeks, Platinum 3–4 weeks, and Diamond varies based on complexity.
+Do I own the website?
Yes. Once complete, the website and all assets are yours. You own the domain, hosting account, and all code and content.
+Can I edit content myself?
Yes. I can include a simple CMS (content management system) so you can update text, images and pages yourself. I'll show you how and provide documentation.

+What do you need from me to get started?
A quick brief covering your goals, target audience and key messages. Any brand assets (logo, brand guidelines). A rough list of pages and content. I'll guide you through the rest.
+Do you offer ongoing updates and support?
Yes. I offer optional support packages for updates, maintenance and content changes. We can discuss what works for your business.
+Can you help with SEO?
Yes. I build with technical SEO best practices (fast load times, mobile responsive, clean code, schema markup). I can also advise on content strategy and keyword targeting.
+What happens after launch?
You'll get a full handover including login credentials, a user guide, and training if needed. I'm available for questions and optional ongoing support.
